Regular On-Site Maintenance
Scheduled visits are the solution to our proactive IT support service.
Visits are full-day on-site maintenance days that are split into
three parts:
1. Server & Network Checks
This enables us to identify possible future problems and resolve them
before they become an issue for the client.
2. User Issues
Helping with any issue that's that have arisen from the last
Maintenance visit. Clients can explain issues in person.
3. Network improvements
Time set aside for developing the network, adding / installing
additional equipment. These are just some of the things this time
can be used for:
- installing software
- adding new computers
- upgrading backup devices
- identifying useful technologies for the client
Network improvement time means that small projects can be included
into the price of the Maintenance contract. Without the need to book
and pay for additional time.
